BBQ Pizza

The economic slump seems to be driving more people into the bars. Jenni has been real busy anyways. My job is slowing. Our business relies on startups bringing their products and services to the world wide web. I put up a resume website at sikestonian.com Looks like Seattle is having a nice and sunny day according to the view from the I-90 Midspan DOT cam. We made another batch of BBQ sauce, stunk up the house with apple cider vinegar. On Sunday night we made pizza from scratch and smoked it with apple wood chips in the barbecue. Red pesto, garlic and herb tomato sauce. Sliced Roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olives, turkey pepperoni and hot Italian sausage. I had to add anchovies to mine for the grand finale.

Hmmm sounds and looks like good pizza. You do remind me of your Grandpa Sikes, it is just the kind of thing he would do! Nice sunny day but very cold here. Did you see my blog? Reme made the Dean's List! Whitney got a 4.0 her first quarter at Whatcom. Well nice for Jenni to be busy, making tips I suppose. Bummer for your business though. Are you going to keep at it for a while or try for something else? Economy isn't looking too good right now, hate to even look at the 401K's they just keep losing money! Love to Jenni and the boys!

Love, Mom

Yum barbequed pizza!!! I am so jealous, that sounds like heaven compared to my cafeteria food which is DISGUSTING, although I would have forgone the anchovies, yuck!

Pizza sounds and looks good. James just got approval for another business..a Pub this time with good food and drinks. You might be right about people heading for the bars. Not a good reason though. I think I saw something about the Irish even in famine they drank their beer. Have a good day nephew I have no doubt you will persevere !
